Will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (only $20.00 or over for credit card purchase only). No purchase will be billed to your credit card until the bear is ready to ship. For personal check purchases, there is a clearing period of ten days before the bear will be sent. Layaways are available with a non-refundable deposit. Please send e-mail or call for more details.

Because of the amount of time it takes to make each bear, some of these bears may not be available immediately. Please send an e-mail and I will let you know if the one you are interested in is in stock. I will respond to every inquiry, so if you do not hear back from me within two days please re-send your message. If you would rather call me please feel free to call and if I am not home leave a message on my answering machine and remember to tell me how to contact you! If the bear you want isn't in stock there will be a waiting period of 2 - 8 weeks to duplicate this particular style (remember all of these bears of one-of-a-kind). A 20% deposit on an order should be paid at that time. The balance is payable upon the bear's completion.

Shipping in the US is an additional $8.00 for un-insured USPS or $15.00 for insured UPS. Overseas orders, your shipping will be calculated when you place your order.

Cancellations should be made prior to the shipment.

Return and/or refunds must be made within two weeks of receipt of merchandise.
